SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer can not be hold responsible for

the damage.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord

and make sure the cord can not become

entangled.

• The appliance must be placed on a stable,

level surface.

• The user must not leave the device

unattended while it is connected to the supply.

• This appliance is only to be used for

household purposes and only for the purpose

it is made for.

• This appliance shall not be used by children

aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be

used by children aged from 8 years and above

and persons with reduced physical, sensory or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and

knowledge if they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of

the appliance in a safe way and understand

the hazards involved. Children shall not play

with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its

cord out of reach of children aged less than 8

years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall

not be made by children unless older than 8

and supervised.

• To protect yourself against an electric shock,

do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in

the water or any other liquid.

• Do not use the appliance with a programmer,

timer, separate remote-control system or any

automatically, since a fire risk exists if the

heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.

• Do not use this heater in the immediate

surroundings of a bath, a shower or a

swimming pool.

• Joists, beams and rafters shall not be cut or

notched to install the appliance.

• Please do not install the appliance close to

curtains and other combustible materials. This

could cause a fire.

• Regulations concerning the discharge of air

have to be fulfilled.

• The appliance shall, under no circumstances,

be covered with insulating material or similar

material.

• The heater must not be located immediately

below a socket-outlet.

• Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.

• Do not use if there are visible signs of damage

to the heater.

• Use this heater on a horizontal and stable

surface, or fix it to the wall, as applicable.

• WARNING: Do not use this heater in small

rooms when they are occupied by persons not

capable of leaving the room on their own,

unless constant supervision is provided.

• WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep

textiles, curtain, or any other flammable

material a minimum distance of 1m from the

air outlet.

• The heater needs to be installed so that the

switches and other controls cannot be

touched by a person in the bath or shower.

• WARNING: The heater must not be used if

the ceramic panels are damaged.

• Do not expose the battery to high

temperatures or direct sunlight. Never throw

batteries into the fire. There is a danger of

explosion!

• Keep batteries away from children. Batteries

are not a toy!

• Do not open the batteries by force.

• Avoid contact with metallic objects.(Rings,

nails, screws et cetera) there is a danger of

short-circuiting!

• As a result of a short-circuit batteries may heat

up consider-ably or even catch fire. this may

result in burns.

• For your safety the battery poles should be

covered with adhesive strips during transport.

• Do not touch a ruptured and/or leaking battery.

If the liquid from the battery gets into your eyes,

rinse your eyes as soon as possible with clean

water, without rubbing your eyes. Immediately

go to the hospital. If it is not treated properly, it

can cause eye problems.

FOOT ASSEMBLY

• Before using the heater, the feet (supplied separately in the carton) must

be fitted to the unit.

• These are to be attached to the base of the heater using the 8 self-

tapping screws provided.

• Take care to ensure that they are located correctly in the bottom end of

the heater side moldings.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10

cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for

installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe voltagewhich

is indicated on the devicematchesthe localvoltage beforeconnecting

the device.Voltage220V-240V 50/60Hz)

• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will occur.

This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only

temporary and will disappear soon.

USE

You can control the device either by using the display or the remote

control.

Button Use

Press to start heating directly.

1. 1000 W setting

2. 1300 W setting

3. 2300 W setting

4. Prevent Frost setting

Press to switch between Fahrenheit

and Celsius.

Turn the device On/Off.

Press to open or close the fan.

NOTE: The fan cannot be used in

the ‘Prevent Frost’-mode.

Press to increase the temperature.

Press to decrease the temperature.

Press to set the timer between 1 –

24 hours.

• The heater is protected against overheating. This will switch off the

heater automatically in case of overheating due to total or partial

obstruction of the grids. In this case, unplug the appliance and wait for

about 30 minutes to cool down. After that remove the object that is

obstructing the grids.

• Use the "mode button" to switch between high and low power or to

prevent frost.

• Press once for low heating 1000 W

• Press twice for medium heating 1300 W

• Press three times for high heating 2300 W

• Press four times for Prevent frost setting

• The LED display indicates the chosen mode.

• Press 'Temperature up' or 'Temperature down' buttons to regulate the

temperature you desired. The device starts to heat if the environment

temperature is 2° C lower than the set temperature. You can adjust the

temperature between 5° C and 37° C.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool

down.

• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive

cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.

• Clean the two air outlets (above and below) by using a vacuum cleaner

to remove dust from inside.

end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling

of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the

VEILIGHEID

• De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade

voortvloeiend uit het niet opvolgen van de

• Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het

worden vervangen door de fabrikant, de

onderhoudsmonteur van de fabrikant of door

personen met een soortgelijke kwalificatie om

gevaar te voorkomen.

• Verplaats het apparaat nooit door aan het snoer

te trekken. Zorg ervoor dat het snoer nergens in

verstrikt kan raken.

product kunnen zeer heet worden en

brandwonden veroorzaken. Men dient dit met

name in acht te nemen wanneer er kinderen en

kwetsbare mensen aanwezig zijn.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet met een

programmeringseenheid, timer, afzonderlijk

afstandsbedieningssysteem of andere

apparaten die het verwarmingssysteem

automatisch inschakelen, omdat er brandgevaar

heerst als het verwarmingssysteem op onjuiste

wijze is afgedekt of gepositioneerd.

• Gebruik de verwarmer niet in de directe

omgeving van een bad, douche of zwembad.

• Er dient niet in dwarsbalken, balken en spanten

te worden gesneden of gekerft om het apparaat

te installeren.

• Installeer het apparaat niet in de buurt van

gordijnen en andere brandbare materialen. Dit

kan brand veroorzaken.

• Regelgevingen m.b.t. de uitlaat van lucht dienen

te worden nageleefd.

• Het apparaat dient onder geen enkele

omstandigheden afgedekt te worden met

isolerend of soortgelijk materiaal.

• De verwarming dient niet direct onder een

stopcontact geplaatst te worden.

• Gebruik deze kachel niet nadat hij is gevallen.

• Gebruik de kachel niet bij zichtbare tekenen van

schade.

• Zet deze kachel op een horizontaal en stabiel

oppervlak of bevestig hem aan de wand, voor

zover van toepassing.

• WAARSCHUWING: Gebruik deze kachel niet in

kleine kamers waar zich personen bevinden die

niet in staat zijn de kamer zelfstandig te

verlaten, tenzij zij onder voortdurend toezicht

staan.

• WAARSCHUWING: Houd om de kans op brand

te verkleinen weefsels, gordijnen of eventuele

andere brandbare materialen op een

minimumafstand van 1m van de luchtuitlaat.

• De kachel moet zodanig worden gemonteerd

dat de knoppen en andere

bedieningselementen niet vanuit het bad of de

douche bediend kunnen worden.

• WAARSCHUWING: De kachel mag niet worden

gebruikt als de keramische panelen beschadigd

zijn.

• Stel de batterijen NOOIT bloot aan hoge

temperaturen of direct zonlicht. Gooi batterijen

NOOIT in open vuur. Explosiegevaar!

• Houd batterijen uit de buurt van kinderen.

Batterijen zijn geen speelgoed!

• Open de batterijen niet met kracht.

• Vermijd contact met metalen voorwerpen

(ringen, spijkers, schroeven, etc.) om gevaar

van kortsluiting te voorkomen!

• Door kortsluiting kunnen batterijen heet worden

of zelfs ontbranden. Dit kan brandwonden

veroorzaken.

• Voor uw veiligheid moeten de contactpunten

tijdens vervoer met plakstrips worden afgedekt.

• Raak een gescheurde en/of lekkende batterij

niet aan! Spoel als de vloeistof uit de batterij in

uw ogen komt uw ogen dan zo snel mogelijk uit

met schoon water en wrijf niet in uw ogen. Ga

onmiddellijk naar het ziekenhuis. Als dit niet

wordt behandeld, kan dit oogproblemen

veroorzaken.

VOETJES MONTEREN

• Voordat u de heater gaat gebruiken, moet u de voetjes (apart

meegeleverd in de verpakking) aan het apparaat bevestigen.

• U zet ze vast aan de basis van de heater met de 8 meegeleverde

zelftappende schroeven.

• Zorg dat u de voetjes correct plaatst in de onderkant van de zijpanelen

van de heater.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor

minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet

geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.

• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact.(Opmerking: controleer of

het voltage op het apparaat overeenkomt met de plaatselijke

netspanning voordat u het apparaat

aansluit.Voltage220V-240V50/60Hz)

• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het

een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.

Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.

GEBRUIK

U kunt het apparaat bedienen via het display of met de afstandsbediening.

Knop Gebruik

Druk hierop om het verwarmen

direct te starten.

4. Bevriezingspreventie

Druk hierop om te wisselen tussen

Fahrenheit en Celsius.

Schakel het apparaat in/uit.

Druk hierop om de ventilator te

openen of sluiten.

OPMERKING: In de stand voor

bevriezingspreventie kan de

ventilator niet worden gebruikt.

Druk hierop om de temperatuur te

verhogen.

Druk hierop om de temperatuur te

verlagen.

Druk hierop om de timer in te stellen

tussen 1 – 24 uur.

• De kachel is beschermd tegen oververhitting. De kachel worst

automatisch uitgeschakeld in geval van oververhitting door een volledige

of gedeeltelijke obstructie van de roosters. Verwijder in dit geval de

stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht ongeveer 30 minuten totdat het

apparaat is afgekoeld. Verwijder vervolgens het voorwerp dat de

roosters verstopt.

• Gebruik de knop voor de standregeling om te wisselen tussen een hoog

en een laag vermogen of om de bevriezingspreventie in te schakelen.

• Druk één keer voor een lage warmtestand (1000 W)

• Druk twee keer voor een gemiddelde warmtestand (1300 W)

• Druk drie keer voor een hoge warmtestand (2300 W)

• Druk vier keer voor de bevriezingspreventie

• De gekozen stand wordt getoond op het led-display.

• Stel de gewenste temperatuur in door op de knoppen 'Temperatuur

omhoog' of 'Temperatuur omlaag' te drukken. Als de

omgevingstemperatuur 2°C lager is dan de ingestelde temperatuur,

begint het apparaat te verwarmen. U kunt de temperatuur instellen

tussen 5°C en 37°C.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

• Verwijder voor reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het

apparaat is afgekoeld.

• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit agressieve of

schurende reinigingsmiddelen, schuursponzen of staalwol; dit beschadigt

het apparaat.

• Maak beide luchtroosters (boven en onder) schoon met een stofzuiger

om stof uit de binnenkant te verwijderen.

MILIEU

Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het

normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal

inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten

worden aangeboden. Het symbool op het apparaat, in de

gebruiksaanwijzing en op de verpakking attendeert u hierop. De in het

apparaat gebruikte materialen kunnen worden gerecycled. Met het

recyclen van gebruikte huishoudelijke apparaten levert u een belangrijke

bijdrage aan de bescherming van ons milieu. Informeer bij uw lokale

overheid naar het inzamelpunt.

minimum de 1m de la sortie d'air.
