INSTRUCTIONS FOR USAGE

INSTALLATION

• Install the oven OUTDOORS on a stable, horizontal, heat resistant surface covered in

a non-ammable material (tiles, rebricks, stainless steel, etc.).

• If this appliance needs to be installed in very close proximity to a wall, partition,

kitchen cabinet, decorative trim, etc., we recommend that these be made of a of a

heat resistant, non-combustible material.

• Do not place the pizza oven under overhangs, eaves, or near dry vegetation.

• Do not place anything on top of the appliance

• If this is not the case, these must be covered with an appropriate, non-combustible

material that offers thermal insulation. Particular attention must be paid to re

prevention regulations.

• Shelter this product from wind when in use to optimize the cooking performance and

pre-heating time.

ASSEMBLY

• Remove all packaging materials, including the protective plastic foam disc below the

rotation support of the stone.

• Place the stone inside the oven, smooth surface facing up.

• Only use the stone that is provided with the appliance.

• Center the stone on the rotation support.

BAKING

• Before cooking for the rst time, heat your oven for 2 hours at maximum

temperature and then clean it once it has cooled down (see care and maintenance

part for cleaning instructions).

• Select the desired temperature using the temperature knob on the right side of the

appliance.

• During pre-heating, the front panel light is white and blinking.

• Once the desired temperature is reached, the light turns red and xed, and you hear

a beep. This signals your oven is ready to bake.

• Center your preparation on the peel, after having dusted it with a light coat of

semolina to avoid sticking. We recommend using semolina over our, as it’s less likely

to catch re.

• Slide your peel horizontally in the oven, close to the stone surface, and pull it off

sharply in a condent motion to drop your prepartion on the center of the stone.

• To ensure even cooking, activate the rotation of the stone with the switch on the right

side of the appliance.

• Do not leave this product unattended or you may ruin your baking.

• Once your preparation is baked, remove it from the oven by sliding the pizza peel

underneath, and turn off the stone rotation.

• Too much smoke indicates that the cooking time is too long. If this is the case,

remove your pizza.

• Excessive cooking time can cause ames: in this case, unplug the product and ensure

that nothing around the product is in danger. The ames will extinguish on their own.

Do not use liquid to extinguish the ames.

• Do not use oils/fats (olive oil, margarine) to avoid risk of smoke or damage due

to smoke.

• Make sure food in the baking pan or on the pizza stone does not touch the heating

element.

• Do not move the appliance during use (when plugged in).

• After you have nished baking, turn off the appliance by switching the thermostat to

«off» position and unplug the appliance.

• Let the appliance cool down (at least 1 hour) before moving it.

WARNING

• Do not move the appliance while in use, or while it is plugged.

• Do not touch the inside of the pizza oven or the front frame while in use, as these

surfaces get very hot. Keep children and pets away.

• Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use.

• Do not leave the appliance unattended while baking pizzas.

• The food residues on the pizza stone may catch re. Do not panic, the ames will

disappear after a few seconds and leave a burnt residue you can clean later when the

oven has cooled down.

• If continuous black smoke comes out, unplug the product immediately. Wait for

smoke to stop before removing anything, cooking or pizza stone.

• Do not use the pizza oven if it is dropped or malfunctions in any way.

• Do not use charcoal briquettes, liquid fuel, or lava rock in the pizza oven.

Warning :

Never use the following in your pizza oven : aluminium foil, parchment paper or dishes

made of glass, stainless steel, aluminum.

Warning :

Never bake non dough-based recipes directly on the cooking stone such as greasy,

liquid, or frozen food.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING ABOUT THE PIZZA OVEN

• Before cleaning, make sure that you have turned off the appliance, and it has cooled

down (at least 1 hour).

• Inspect and clean the inside of the oven thoroughly before turning it on again, to

prevent the emission of ames due to residual oil or residues that accumulated

during the previous use.

• Keep your oven away from direct sunlight and indoors as often as you can and during

extended periods of storage.

• Keep your oven away from salty environments (seafront) and swimming pools during

extended periods of storage.
