7.1 Warranty terms

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the

original receipt in a safe place. This document is required as your proof

of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manu-

facture within three years from the date of purchase, it will be repaired

or replaced - at our choice - by us free of charge. This warranty is

conditional on the defective product and the receipt of purchase being

presented within the three year warranty period, and on there being a

brief written description of the nature of the defect and the date it arose.

If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will return the repaired

product or replacement thereof. A repair or exchange of the product

does not extend a new warranty period. Repairs made under warranty

do not extend the warranty period. This also applies to replaced and

repaired parts. Any damage or defects present at the time

of purchase

must be reported immediately after unpacking the product. Repairs ma

7.2 Extent of warranty

6. Disposal

Packaging:

The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which

may be disposed of through your local recycling facilities.

Product:

Contact your municipality for information on how to dispose of your

worn-out product.

The adjacent symbol of a crossed out dustbin on wheels

indicates this product is subject to directive 2012/19/EU.

This directive states at the end of the life this product must not

be disposed of through regular household refuse but must be returned

to special collection sites, recycling depots or waste management

companies.

This disposal is free of charge to you.

Protect the environment and dispose of properly.

The product is recyclable, subject to extended manufacturer responsi-

bility, and collected separately.

The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be removed for disposal.

Return the product completely to a collection site for used electronics.

7. Warranty

Dear customer, the warranty period for this product is 3 years from

the date of purchase. In the event of defects in the product, you have

statutory rights vis-à-vis the seller of the product. Your legal rights are

not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

Memory function: The active mode is saved when you switch

off the device. When you switch the device back on, the last

mode selected is automatically activated.

5. Cleaning and care

2.1 Safety instructions for

rechargeable batteries

CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPLOSION!

Keep rechargeable batteries away from children,

do not throw rechargeable batteries into fire, do not short-

circuit and do not take apart.

Failure to observe these instructions may result in the

rechargeable batteries discharging beyond their cut-off

voltage. There is then a risk of leaking.

Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes

if fluid has leaked from the rechargeable batteries. In the

event of contact with battery acid, thoroughly flush the

affected area with clean water straight away and seek

immediate medical attention.

Note: If the red LED on the battery monitor

recharge the battery immediately.

The battery is not replaceable.

This product is intended as lighting to improve visibility when hiking,

jogging and camping. This product is intended for outdoor use. Any

7.2 Garantieumfang

Das Produkt wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig pro-

duziert und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft. Die Garantieleistung

gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich

nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und

daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschä-

digungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Batterien oder die

aus Glas gefertigt sind. Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt be-

schädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für eine

Der eingebaute Akku kann zur Entsorgung nicht ausgebaut werden.

7. Garantie

Produkt 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mängeln dieses

Produktes stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produktes gesetzliche

Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgen-

den dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.

7.1 Garantiebedingungen

Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den

Original-Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als Nachweis für

den Kauf benötigt. Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum

dieses Produktes ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das

Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos repariert

oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der

Drei-Jahres-Frist das defekte Produkt und der Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon)

vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der Mangel

besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist. Wenn der Defekt von unserer

Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Pro-

dukt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produktes beginnt kein

neuer Garantiezeitraum. Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleis-

tung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und reparierte Teile.

2.1 Sicherheitshinweise zu Akkus

VORSICHT! EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Halten

Sie Akkus von Kindern fern, werfen Sie die Akkus

nicht ins Feuer, schließen Sie sie nicht kurz und nehmen

Sie sie nicht auseinander.

Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise können die Akkus über

ihre Endspannung hinaus entladen werden. Es besteht die

Gefahr des Auslaufens.

Vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten,

falls Flüssigkeit aus den Akkus ausgetreten ist. Spülen Sie

bei Kontakt mit Batteriesäure die betroffenen Stellen sofort
