Gewährleistungsbedingungen:

1. Es gibt auf das Produkt einen Gewährleistungsanspruch von 24 Monaten. Die

Gewährleistungsfrist beginnt mit dem Tage des Kaufes der Ware.

2. Das Produkt muss gemäß Bedienungsanweisung und nur zum Zweck, zu welchem es

bestimmt ist, gebraucht werden. Für Schäden, welche aus Grunde des unsachgemäßen

Gebrauchs in Widerspruch mit Gebrauchsanweisung entstanden haben, ist der Hersteller

nicht verantwortlich!

3. Das Produkt muss ordentlich gepflegt, gewartet und gelagert werden. (Siehe

Bedienungsanweisung)

4. Jeder Mangel muss sofort beseitigt werden. Für Folgeschäden, welche durch Nichtbeseitigung

von ursprünglichen Schäden entstanden haben, ist der Verbraucher völlig verantwortlich.

5. Wenden Sie sich im Reklamationsfall ausschließlich an Ihren Fachhändler (inkl. Internet-

oder Alternativ-Verkäufer), bei dem Sie die Ware gekauft haben. Gewährleistungsanspruch

befolgt durch die entsprechenden Abschnitte der Zivil-und andere Gesetze der

Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

6. Bei einem Gewährleistungsanspruch muss der Verbraucher ohne Zweifel nachweisen, dass

er bei dem Verkäufer die Ware / das Produkt gekauft hat. Für die Beschleunigung des

Gewährleistungsanspruchs ist dem Benutzer empfohlen, die Quittung des Produktes sowie

auch das Garantieschein mit der Seriennummer der beanspruchten Ware vorzulegen.

7. Der Hersteller besorgt die Ware mit dem Identifikationsetikett. Wenn die Daten auf dem

Identifikationsetikett unleserlich sind oder fehlen, so kann der Benutzer aufgefordert werden,

die Identität der reklamierten Ware beizufügen.

8. Das Reklamationsverfahren wird erst dann eröffnet, wenn die Ware ordentlich eingepackt

und gegen mögliche Beschädigung gesichert, zugestellt wird. Es ist nützlich die Ware in der

Originalverpackung zu senden. Für die Beschädigung der Ware beim Transport trägt der

Hersteller keine Verantwortung. Der Inhaber des Produktes ist verpflichtet, die reklamierte

Ware in einem sauberen, hygienisch einwandfreien Zustand vorzulegen. Der Inhaber kann

während des Reklamationsverfahrens vom Hersteller nicht verlangen, eine übliche Wartung

oder Pflege durchführen zu müssen.

9. Die Gewährleistung bezieht sich nicht auf Verschleiß der normalen Nutzung, vor allem auf

Verschmutzung , natürliche Abnutzungserscheinungen oder auf mechanische Beschädigung

(des Bezugs, der Plastik-Teile, der Bremsen, des Felgenprofils, Reifendefekt ). Es wird keine

Gewähr übernommen für Mängel oder Schäden, welche auf Grund einer unrichtigen

Benutzung entstanden haben; Z. B. durch unerlaubte Überlastung, Unfall, mechanische

Beschädigung, Gewalt oder durch ein unsachgemäßes Eingreifen in das Produkt.

10. Technische Lösung des Gestells kann nicht eine ideale Spurführung garantieren. Da wird

keine Gewähr übernommen.

11. Die Gewährleistungsfrist darf nicht mit einer Gebrauchszeit verwechselt werden. Die

Gebrauchszeit ist eine Dauer, in welcher ein Produkt in ordnungsgemäßer Verwendung und

richtiger Pflege inkl. Wartung der Ware passiert und in der die Ware aufgrund seiner

Eigenschaften, dem Zweck und der Unterschiede in der Konstruktion korrekt verwendet wird.

Warranty conditions:

1. The product is covered by 24 months warranty period from the date

of sale.

2. The product has to be used entirely to the purpose, to which has been

designed for. The user has to follow the instructions mentioned in the

User Guide. Producer is not responsible for any defects caused by

incompetent handling in conflict with the User Guide instructions.

3. The product has to be used, treated, maintained and stored properly

according to the User Guide instructions.

4. Every defect on the product has to be repaired immediately, to avoid

any consequential damage. Producer is not responsible for any

consequential damage caused by not repaired previous defect.

5. The warranty claim has to be applied at the point of sale (incl. e-

shops and alternative sales). Warranty claim procedure follows

presently valid standards of EU.

6. User is requested to show undisputable acquiring document of the

product to initiate warranty claim procedure. To speed up the

process it is recommended to advance the purchase receipt and filled

in warranty sheet, including product serial number.

7. Each product is equipped with the ID-label (identification label). If

the data on the ID-label are illegible or missing, the user will be

requested to proof the identity of claimed product.

8. Warranty claim procedure can be initiated, if the product under claim

has been sent securely packed and secured against the damage. It is

recommended to send the product in original packaging. Producer is

not responsible for any damage caused by the transportation of

unsecured goods. The owner is obliged to advance the product

under claim properly cleaned up, hygienically flawless due to

common hygienic principles. The owner cannot ask the producer to

do product basic maintenance or cleaning during claim proceedings.

9. The warranty does not cover the defects caused by regular usage

( e.g. upholstery wear-out, pollution or damage, brake and tire wear-

out , etc..) , forbidden overloading, accident, violence or incompetent

intervention into the product or incompetent handling with it.

10. The chassis engineering solution does not assure the ideal straight

direction trails.

11. Warranty period cannot be interchanged with the period of use. The

period, for which the product, in respect of its characteristics, given

purpose and difference in construction, can be used properly, when

the product is used and maintained properly according to the user

guide.
