Intended use
The Nedis HTPA20EBK is a convection heater with 2 temperature
settings.
This product is not intended for professional use.
The protective cover of this product is intended to prevent direct
access to heating elements and must be in place when the heater
is in use.
Any modication of the product may have consequences for safety,
warranty and proper functioning.

WARNING

• If used outdoors, protect the heater against weather inuences.
• Only use the product as described in this document.
• Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace
a damaged or defective product immediately.
• Do not use the product where splashing of water might occur,
e.g. bathroom, swimming pool or close to a washbowl.
• Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
• Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
• Do not open the product.
• Keep the product out of reach from children, inrm persons or
animals.
• Children and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience may not use the product
without supervision.
• Do not use the product when the cable or plug is damaged.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the protective cover to reduce the
risk of severe injury to people or the product.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless
continuously supervised.
• Disconnect the product from the power source before service
and when replacing parts.
• Make sure that the function dial is in the OFF position before
disconnecting the product.
• Make sure that the voltage of your power outlet matches the
voltage required by the product.
• Keep the product away from ammable objects such as furniture,
curtains and similar.
• Do not use a damaged product.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch
on/o the product provided that it has been placed or installed
in its intended normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged
from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the product or perform user maintenance.
• Do not cover the product.
• This heater is not equipped with a thermostat to control the
room temperature. Don’t use this heater in small rooms when
they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on
their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
• Do not splash water onto the product.
• Do not use external timers or remote control systems to switch
the product on or o.
• Never touch the protective cover, this may cause burns or severe
injury.
• Do not leave the product unattended when switched on.
• Do not let water enter the product.
• Do not place the product on moving vehicles or somewhere easy
to be tipped over.
• Do not move the product during operation.
• Do not let the power cable hang over the edge of a table or
counter, or touch hot surfaces.
• Using an extension cord is not recommended. If an extension
cord is inevitable, use one which exceeds the power rating of the
heater, is as short as possible and fully extended to prevent
overheating.
• Unplug the power cable when the product is not in use for a long
time.
• Do not locate the product immediately below a power outlet.
• Unplug the product from the power source and other equipment
if problems occur.
• Do not unplug the product by pulling on the cable. Always grasp
the plug and pull.
• Do not use the product in rooms where ammable liquids or
gases are used or stored.
• This product may only be serviced by a qualied technician for
maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.
Installing the product
Place the product on a stable and at surface.

The heater is tted with a tilt sensor. This sensor is a safety
precaution that switches o the heater in case it has fallen over.
